AI content may be wrong
Scores, assessments, summaries, translations and action recommendations are generated wholly or partly using artificial intelligence. Despite careful development, this content may be factually incorrect, incomplete, misleading, outdated or unsuitable for a particular case. Even plausible and confidently worded output may contain errors.
Professional verification is required
Users must independently verify every result for accuracy, completeness, plausibility and suitability. Decisions concerning product quality, product safety, approvals, complaints, supplier actions, legal duties or other material business matters must not rely solely on AI content. Relevant source documents, measurements, standards, customer requirements and qualified professionals must be consulted.
No guarantee of assessment results
We do not guarantee that the service will identify every deficiency, that a score is objectively correct, or that suggestions will achieve a particular technical, commercial or legal outcome. Use remains subject to the user’s professional judgement. 8D Scan Pro is not a certification body and does not issue binding approval of an 8D report.
User content
Users are responsible for having the right to submit and process uploaded documents, for not infringing third-party rights, and for providing confidential or personal data only where necessary and lawful.
Limitation of liability
Tobias Glück has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable loss. Liability for other cases of slight negligence is excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
